The first resume I wrote was created using a Selectric typewriter. I wanted it to be perfect because correcting mistakes could be difficult. There wasn’t a delete button and having to fix typos could lead to starting over completely. So I put a lot of focus on being accurate.

I was the only area resume writer asked by a news anchor from our local CBS affiliate to be interviewed on-camera for a special program, Learning Counts.
US Defense Electronics Supply Center
When the US DESC underwent a massive reduction in force, I was the only professional resume writer in Dayton, OH to be selected for both Phase 1 and Phase II of the project. I wrote more than 300 resumes for the organization.
