• After spending 15 years as a marketing professional for a Fortune 500 company, I established Resume Plus, and have been marketing people since 1994. I know what it takes to interest buyers. To establish value. To beat competitors.

  When Resume Plus began, resumes were created on a typewriter. There was no delete button. Every resume had to be perfect the first time. Fifteen years and thousands of resumes later, they are still right the first time. Many of them have been featured in numerous books and magazines.

  I am a member of the Career Masters Institute and the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARW/CC), and have served on the PARW/CC Board of Directors and as its Certification Committee Chair. This organization has often recruited me as a judge for its Best Resume Writing contests and as a speaker at its annual conventions.

  Other professional organizations have also asked me to speak at their professional meetings and events. In addition, Wright State University retained Resume Plus to address its graduate program students, and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base contracted my services as a speaker for transitioning military and civilian employees and as a trainer for its outplacement professionals.

  When the local CBS television affiliate produced its Learning Counts Program, Resume Plus was the only firm asked to give an interview. And when the US Government’s Defense Electronics Supply Center underwent a massive reduction in force, I was the only professional resume writer in Dayton, OH to be selected for both Phase 1 and Phase II of the project. More than 300 resumes were produced.
